Keep Your Teeth Bright And Shiny

To keep teeth healthy and white it is the latest fashion among people. Today’s generation want everything perfect from their my skin and teeth are ok and whitedress to shoes, hair to nails & their teeth to face. They want everything healthy & Glowing. Also in this race of showing off your teeth, polishing off your teeth is the latest trend. But polishing of teeth is not everlasting and does not last for you till eternity. It simply depends upon the routine you follow that is what type of food you eat, is it all junk food or chocolate or its is healthy food and also on your drinking habits. If you are habitual of these kinds of food and drinks then you are most likely to have a tooth stain. And this is going to affect the brightness of your teeth in the long run.

Also the brightness of teeth will go away quickly if you are a tobacco or an alcohol taker. These things effect teeth and Gums severely which later on effect your health and welcome many deadly disease.

1. For those of you who keep their teeth healthy and have a good eating & drinking habits no need to worry for you people. You can keep up the Shiny and bright teeth for at least a year. You can also go for cleaning to keep your teeth healthy and keep them white as a pearl. These cleaning will depend upon from an individual to individual and also depend on the strains.

2. It is recommended to seek your sensitiveness for chemicals before going for any artificial measures. It is not essential that these whitening products and treatments will be best for you. For instance, if you have broken enamel deposit, exposed tooth roots or gum diseases, then it is not advisable for you to go for Carbamide Peroxide, which used as a base for cleaning. Go to your dentist ad immediately get it treated before going through whitening procedure. It would be advised by the dentist, not to go for these treatments early on.

3. If we talk about Carbide peroxide teeth whitening gels, it has a negative effect on your enamels as it leads to destruction of parts of enamels. You could also find yourself giving an expense for germs and toothaches. Also it is bad for gums as these can worsen your gums because of the chemicals used in it.
